Summary
Elizalina serves as a magician and the twin sister of the Maiden of Versailles. She rules a nation that bears her name and has recently secured its independence from Russia. During the conflict known as World War III, she agreed to assist Kamijou Touma and Lessar in their opposition to Fiamma of the Right and God's Right Seat. This alliance was conditional, however, as she demanded that they ensure Sasha Kreutzev departed her territory, since she wished to avoid entanglement in the escalating tensions between Academy City and Russia. Her neutrality was shattered when Fiamma launched an assault on her palace. He defeated Elizalina, her guards, Touma, Lessar, and Vento of the Front, ultimately succeeding in capturing Sasha. Later, she is heard communicating with her sister and Princess Carissa, providing guidance as they handle widespread manifestations of Telesma.
