Summary
Takashi Asano was Hachi’s first romantic partner, characterized as a handsome, older man who was already married when their affair began. Their relationship came to an end when he was transferred to Tokyo for work. Hachi runs into him again in Tokyo, and after working through her own personal issues regarding their past, she confronts him and instructs him to cease his infidelity toward his wife.
