Summary
Fuuta is a young boy who maintains a massive ledger, nearly half his height, in which he catalogs individuals based on their abilities. Possessing encyclopedic knowledge of thousands of people, he serves as a highly sought-after informant for the Mafia, commanding exorbitant fees for copies of his rankings. This lucrative trade makes him a frequent target of Mafia pursuit. When he assigns these rankings, gravity distorts around him, causing nearby objects to float while images of stars and galaxies swirl within his eyes. Although the method by which he acquires this data remains a mystery, his rankings become inaccurate during rainfall, and he must maintain visual contact with his subjects to evaluate them. He refers to Tsuna as his big brother and takes up residence in Tsuna's home. In the future timeline, Fuuta returns to Japan alongside Bianchi, carrying a suitcase instead of his usual book. He brings vital intelligence regarding the Millefiore Family and discloses that he served as Lambo's guardian for three years prior to Tsuna's arrival in that era, expressing a strong desire to keep Lambo safe from danger.
