Summary
Toshiyuki Karasawa is a second-year high school student at Prefectural Sanada North High School who serves as a member of the student council. Known for his stiff and serious demeanor, he rarely smiles, yet he consistently finds ways to humor the mischief of his friends. Karasawa is a quick thinker who often maneuvers conversations to his advantage, possessing notable skills in ventriloquism and offering advice. Despite his composed exterior, he is noted to have a crazy side. Living next door to Habara makes him an easy target for the harassment of the Funky High School Girls, but he always has methods to deal with them. Although he claims to have an aversion toward Habara, he occasionally hangs out with her and even lends her some DVDs.
