Summary
Megumi Ooumi is a 14-year-old pop star who serves as The Keeper Of The Book to a six-year-old Mamono named Tio. Although her life frequently involves appearing in video games or performing concerts, she maintains the demeanor of a regular girl. Possessing a deeply kind nature, Megumi treats Tio like a younger sister, often soothing her outbursts of rage and helping her understand the world around her. Their bond began when Megumi discovered Tio injured on the docks; initially, Tio was withdrawn and insisted that Megumi would only get hurt by helping her fight Mamono. Over time, they grew close and Tio learned to trust her. After receiving assistance from Gash and Kiyo, Megumi considered them friends akin to Tio and made a vow to one day repay their kindness.
