Summary
Livius Orvinus, also known as Ifrikia, is the boy-king who has conquered the world. He resides in the Sun Kingdom and is remarkably young to hold such power, with his age listed as 15 in the anime and 12 in the manga. His subjects gave him the motto of conquering the land, but he now seeks to conquer the skies. To achieve this, he married Nike, a princess capable of controlling the weather under certain conditions, hoping she will bring rain to his sun-scorched lands. Born to a former king and a commoner, Livius lived an isolated life in the castle alongside his mother due to her low social status. Three years after her death, he ascended to the throne. Since then, he has become cold, cruel, and deeply distrustful of those around him. As noted by Neil, this behavior stems from his inability to connect with others, as his life is now surrounded only by enemies.
