Summary
Blueno established a bar in the seedy backstreets of Water Seven approximately five years prior, naming it simply "Blueno's Bar." Although the establishment attracted vagrants and ne’erdowells, Blueno maintained a cheerful facade. In reality, he was a covert government agent dispatched to steal plans for an Ancient Weapon. Through this mission, he befriended Franky, who was believed to be the hidden king of Water Seven. This fabricated camaraderie eventually led to significant repercussions. Blueno possesses the Doa Doa no Mi (Door Door Fruit), a power that enables him to create doors on any surface, including thin air to access another dimension. He can also create doors on individuals, a feat he demonstrated on Luffy’s face, causing it to rotate like a revolving door. Additionally, Blueno’s tekkai is among the most potent within his group, and he was the first to demonstrate variations of the technique.
