Cebin, originally from Austria, is a former member of the Cobra Unit driven by a desire for revenge against Hao. He wears a mask to conceal a face severely disfigured by Hao’s Spirit of Fire, which burned him a decade before the Shaman Fight. He wields the Spirit Remiel, housed within specially constructed firearms that resemble human forearms. Cebin has a Furyoku level of 9,700 and was born on September 18, 1971. His name is derived from Cabin cigarettes and Gregor Mendel. In his spare time, he enjoys singing in a chorus and has a fondness for Sachertorte. In the manga narrative, he meets his end shortly after Mina.
