Haigure Maou is an extraterrestrial invader operating across dimensions with the ambitious goal of converting all humanity into high-leg humans clad in high-leg cut leotards. Typically, he conceals his true form behind a mask and mantle, though when revealed, he sports a mohawk and a red high-leg leotard that gives him the appearance of a beautiful woman with light blue skin. Despite his feminine aesthetic, he identifies as gay. In battle, he utilizes electric shock attacks and possesses significant defensive capabilities.
