Summary
Shiliew of the Rain, known as Ame no Shiryū, previously served as the Head Jailer at Impel Down. His tenure ended when he was incarcerated for his brutal and excessive treatment of the inmates. He made his first appearance in Chapter 538 and Episode 440.
