Summary
Jade Ariel is a female fairy of the Ariel race who made her debut in Volume 1, Chapter 1 of the manga and Episode 1 of the anime. She has pale pink skin, wavy and voluminous green hair, and black eyes with red irises. Her appearance includes long green eyelashes, pointed elf-like ears, and green antennae on her head that resemble bird feathers. Like other Ariels, she possesses bird-like wings attached to her shoulders and feathered feet, all matching the color of her hair and eyelashes. She has no reproductive organs and does not wear any clothing. Jade is strongly attracted to Chise Hatori, treating her with friendliness and sweetness due to Chise being a Sleigh Beggy. Upon their first meeting, Jade was determined to take Chise to the Fairy dimension for herself and the other Ariels, though she failed in this attempt. This behavior demonstrates that she is confident, strong-willed, and somewhat selfish in her decisions. Despite this, she is also shown to be caring and helpful toward Chise, assisting her in cleansing the souls of two individuals.
