Summary
Ross is a combatant belonging to the Bellamy Pirates. Dressed in attire reminiscent of Braham from Skypiea, he is depicted with his hat obscuring his entire face except for his chin. In the narrative, he is responsible for smashing Luffy’s head against a window, shattering it in the process. He made his debut in Chapter 223 and Episode 146. For the English Funimation dub, he is voiced by Scott Cantrell.
