Hirasawa Yui serves as the main protagonist and lead guitarist of the Light Music Club, despite having joined under the misconception that "light music" meant music that was easy to play. With zero prior experience beyond playing castanets, she picked up a Heritage Cherry Sunburst Gibson Les Paul Standard electric guitar, which she affectionately calls Gīta. Her learning style is highly intuitive and self-taught, as she generally ignores manuals.
