Koutza, Enderle
Summary
In the novels and manga, he is identified as Endre Kourza, the Count of Zagrev within the New Human Empire. Recognized as the Empire's most prolific mass murderer, Enderle takes particular pleasure in slaughtering his victims. Following his exile, he aligned himself with the Order of Rosen Kreuz, continuing his violent crimes in Venice. He was eventually tracked down by Astharoshe Asran and Abel Nightroad, who had been tasked with arresting or eliminating him. Enderle evaded his pursuers and orchestrated an attempt to assassinate Pope Alessandro, but his scheme failed when Abel shot him with a silver bullet. While being transported back to the Empire to face judgment, he was killed by Isaak Fernando Von Kampher. His ties to the Rosen Kreuz and his ultimate demise are details revealed exclusively in the original novel. Once an Imperial Noble, he was exiled for murder and treason, and years prior, he had held Astharoche captive and killed her partner.
