Sugihara, Teppei
Summary
Teppei Sugihara is a student who transfers into Kaimei High School during the first chapter. In his primary school years, he was bullied by Jōgasaki, who coerced him into painting over a member of the Sket Dan. This forced involvement makes Teppei the culprit behind the Paint-Man incident. Following the resolution of that event, he joins the school basketball team and is eventually voted as the number one sportsman in class 2-C. He makes his manga debut in Chapter 1, titled Paint-Mask, and appears in the anime in Episode 1, The Campus SKET.
