Otakura, Takuo
Summary
A student at Kaimei High School and a member of Switch's information network, Otakura is a devoted otaku who frequently accepts payment for his services in the form of rare or unusual anime-related merchandise. He initially invites Switch to join him in forming a band during the Kaimei Rock Festival. He first appears in Chapter 3, titled "The Ghost of the Incinerator," and makes his anime debut in Episode 5 of the same name.
