Foreign Minister
Summary
This character is the Foreign Minister, who makes a brief appearance in the first episode. Section 9 discovers that one of the men at the geisha house had forcibly swapped brains with the minister to smuggle information out of the country. This scheme was facilitated by a geisha robot that entered the stall with the minister. The individual found unconscious on the floor was the second man who followed the minister into the bathroom. The third disposable brain was inserted into the man's body, while the perpetrator’s own brain was transferred into the minister’s body, and the minister’s brain was placed inside the case. This act constituted both identity theft and kidnapping. He also reappears in the "Cash Eye" episode of 2nd GIG, where he attends a fetish party for robots, cyborgs, and androids, an event populated by numerous politicians and government officials.
