Man of Judas
Summary
Referred to as "ZERO = Mascchettiano" or simply "That guy" in Sora no Otoshimono, the Man of Judas is a Class-S criminal with an international bounty of $9.9 billion. Over the course of three years, he has allegedly murdered 20,000 people yet has never been arrested. Sakurai Tomoki typically addresses him as "That guy" or "pigeon guy." The character makes his appearances during summer festivals, where he invariably runs a booth named "JUDAS." His introduction in the JUDAS manga features a large cluster of pigeons surrounding him, a motif that persists in his depictions. He frequently engages in torturing Tomoki alongside the president and consistently sabotages Tomoki’s efforts to win prizes in any hosted tournaments.
