Summary
During their middle school years, Kazuki served as the track team captain for Suzuka and Souichi, holding the top rank in the 100 meter sprint. He bears a striking resemblance to Yamato, sharing similar physical traits, personality, and athletic prowess. The two often clashed during practice sessions, as Suzuka insisted on maintaining a serious atmosphere while Kazuki preferred a more lighthearted approach. Prior to the national tournament, he confessed his feelings to Suzuka, asking her to withhold her response until after he had secured victory. Tragically, on the day of the competition, Kazuki died in a car accident after falling asleep at the wheel while driving home to retrieve his forgotten spikes.
