Summary
Urushi is a shinobi from Konohagakure who spent his early years as an orphan at the Konoha Orphanage. During his time there, he and fellow orphan Nonou discovered a wounded young boy resting beneath a tree. After Nonou provided medical treatment to the injured child, Urushi helped escort him back to the orphanage. The following day, noting the boy’s lack of a name, Nonou decided to call him Kabuto, a name derived from the helmet Urushi placed on the boy’s head. As the years passed, the orphans assisted Nonou and Kabuto in treating injured Konoha shinobi. Although Urushi initially protested against aiding the ninja, he ultimately complied with the work, recognizing the necessity of the income it provided.
