Summary
Celis Reinhartd, also known as Celes, is the childhood friend of Basara, Kurumi, and Yuki. She was among the rare children who traveled overseas when Hero districts gathered to exchange techniques and tactics. Currently, she serves as the Hearing Officer of the Vatican, a role in which she represents the Vatican's perspective during the meeting between Basara and the Village.
