Summary
Kenny Ackerman served within the Military Police Brigade’s First Interior Squad as well as the anti-personnel control unit. He is directly responsible for the death of Historia’s mother, Alma. Long before the main narrative begins, Kenny operated as a notorious serial killer in the Capitol, gaining the moniker "Kenny the Ripper" for his preferred method of slitting victims' throats. Rumors suggested he had murdered more than a hundred members of the Military Police Brigade during this period. Eventually, his killing spree stopped, and the fear he once inspired faded into urban legend. Although he later trained Levi, the two separated, and Kenny eventually joined the First Brigade after Rod’s brother took an interest in him.
