Summary
Rohan is a renowned mangaka who initially presents himself as an antagonist to Koichi and Toshikazu when they visit his residence to obtain an autograph. When the pair attempts to secretly view the latest issue of his comic, Rohan utilizes his Stand, Heaven's Door, to render them incapable of attacking him. He then proceeds to read their memories, thereby learning about Josuke, Okuyasu, and other characters in the narrative so far, though only from Koichi’s perspective. Subsequently, Rohan decides to use them as source material for his manga. After employing Koichi as his personal "Inspiration," Okuyasu and Josuke track down Koichi’s whereabouts. They defeat Rohan and leave him hospitalized for a period of time.
