Summary
Deikun Zeon Zum served as the Chairman of the Autonomous Republic of Munzo. He was a visionary thinker who advocated for Spacenoids, who had adapted to life in outer space, to take governance of the Earth Sphere population. His ultimate goal was to secure complete independence from the Earth Federation government, but he passed away suddenly before this objective could be realized.
