Summary
Count Oppenheimer, an Imperial noble and admiral, held the position of chief of the military police under Kaiser Friedrich IV. When the Imperial Civil War erupted in 797 UC, he aligned himself with the Lippstadt Alliance, later asserting that his involvement was compelled by his blood tie to Wilhelm von Littenheim rather than personal desire. After the conflict concluded, Reinhard von Lohengramm was initially willing to restore Oppenheimer to his former post. However, the situation changed when Oppenheimer tried to bribe the rising star with a renowned Erlemeier painting, leading Lohengramm to order his arrest.
