Summary
Kikyou is a Kuja warrior hailing from Amazon Lily who stands out as one of the most formidable and stern members of her tribe. She expresses strong disapproval of Luffy’s presence on the island, particularly when he is seen returning alongside Boa Hancock. Despite her harsh demeanor, she possesses compassion for her fellow Kuja, a trait demonstrated when she intervened to stop Boa Marigold from smashing the petrified Marguerite. Her resilience is evident in her ability to withstand Luffy’s Haoushoku-level Haki without losing consciousness. During the celebration party following the arena battle, she remains the only Kuja unamused by Luffy’s behavior.
