Stapleton, Merribit
Summary
Merribit Stapleton is a civilian who first crosses paths with Orga and Mikazuki while they are on the Saisei. Noticing that Orga is unable to manage his drinking, she offers him her handkerchief. She is subsequently revealed to be the liaison for Teiwaz, a role in which she is tasked with monitoring operations aboard the Isaribi.
