Summary
These four delinquents are seniors at Josuke Higashikata's school who roam Morioh harassing freshmen. They enforce a set of "rules of school" that require students like Koichi Hirose and Josuke to greet them, threatening to send anyone who refuses to the hospital, citing the fate of three previous victims. When Josuke, who is busy trying to overcome his fear of reptiles by approaching a turtle, ignores their demands, one of the bullies snatches the turtle and hurls it away, shattering its shell. Although Josuke initially tries to stay under the radar and even offers an apology, he snaps when one of them mocks his hair. He immediately unleashes Crazy Diamond, punching the offender's face and "fixing" his nose into an entirely new shape. Terrified of further beatings, the delinquents flee the scene in panic.
