Summary
Zhao Hei serves as a member of the Black Fire Sect. Together with Qin Mo, he arrived at the Ye Clan with the intention of bringing it under the control of his sect. This move was driven by the fact that the Ye Clan, once one of the five great clans of the Pill Region, had lost much of its former glory. Currently, no seiyuu has been assigned to this character.
