Summary
Kanoya, Hisshuu is a student at Hakoniwa Academy and a former contender for the position of Student Council president. His campaign took a dark turn when he resorted to brutal tactics to secure votes, a strategy that ultimately led to his defeat at the hands of Medaka Kurokami. He is characterized by his aggressive and violent nature, once attempting to exact revenge on Medaka by overwhelming her with a large group of armed supporters. Despite his harsh methods, Kanoya possesses significant charisma, allowing him to mobilize a substantial number of students for his schemes. However, his judgment of others is flawed; his misunderstanding of Zenkichi's true loyalties proved to be the critical error that led to his downfall.
