Summary
Flapper is a dwarf from the Tontatta Kingdom who made his initial appearance on Green Bit. He intervened when Leo attempted to take Robin's clothes, stopping the thief in his tracks. Like his fellow dwarves, Flapper is diminutive in stature and features a large, fluffy tail along with a pointed nose. His typical attire consists of a light red cap adorned with polka dots, a red sweater, gray trousers, and yellow boots. After the dwarves attempted to attack Sugar and were subsequently transformed into toys, Flapper was turned into a small black bear. As part of his new toy form, he was equipped with a hat featuring vertical stripes, as well as a sword and shield.
