Melqart
Summary
Melqart is a Heretic God associated with wind and thunder who crossed paths with Godou during the latter's spring break trip to Italy. He was awakened by Verethragna specifically to be defeated. In the interim, he formed a temporary alliance with Godou, who wielded the Tome of Prometheus, to take down the Persian warlord. Following Godou’s victory over Verethragna and his ascension to become a Campione, Melqart declared that he would serve as his second opponent, promising to engage him in battle once both parties had recovered from their injuries.
