Poland
Summary
Feliks Łukasiewicz, representing Rzeczpospolita Polska, is a nation with a capital in Warsaw and a national flower of the pansy. Celebrating his birthday on November 11th, he appears as a nineteen-year-old with shoulder-length blonde hair and green eyes, although earlier artwork depicted him with blue eyes. His height remains unknown. Once a superpower that dominated nearly half of Europe during the Middle Ages, he possesses a resilience akin to a phoenix, rising again after being divided by other countries, a testament to his strength. Despite being frequently exploited by other nations due to his impulsiveness, he maintains a cheerful demeanor. His true nature is concealed behind an airheaded exterior; while he appears tough, he is actually quite shy and slow to warm up to strangers. Once comfortable, however, he becomes clingy and bothersome. He tends to act without thinking, displays selfishness, and forceful opinions. His closest bond is with Lithuania, whom he calls "Liet." In the Middle Ages, they partnered to conquer Europe, and though Lithuania often suffers from their dynamic, Poland remains affectionate regardless of any potential hatred. Their closeness is evident in the minimal border protection between their lands. Poland is known for his awesome national anthem and has a hobby of crossdressing. He also speaks in a Nagoya high school girl dialect, resembling a valley girl accent. Originally designed as a female character, the role was eventually passed to Hungary, who was intended to be a cross-dressing male.
