Ranmaru Morii stands at 5'10" and weighs 122 lbs, serving as the self-proclaimed "Play Boy" of the group. Creator Tomoko Hayakawa describes him as a man who deeply loves women and possesses considerable experience with them, earning him the moniker "The house wife's dream boy." His attraction is so superficial that he reportedly breaks out in a rash upon seeing an unattractive girl. Hayakawa reveals this was her first attempt at writing a ladies' man character; while she initially intended for him to be someone who truly knows how to handle a lady, he evolved into a figure resembling Prince Michy, a shift she attributes to her own admiration for that persona. Her inspiration for his name came from the historically famous handsome young man Ranmaru Mori, a reference she barely altered, joking that she struggles with coming up with original names.
