Summary
Midori is a sixteen-year-old girl who becomes Seiji’s right hand after a desperate wish transports her consciousness into his arm in miniature form. Her physical body remains in a coma, leaving her mother desperately seeking a cure. This situation creates a unique dilemma for Seiji, as he must continue using his Devil’s right-hand for combat while harboring his subordinate. Although Midori harbored a crush on Seiji for three years, she initially struggles to confess her feelings, fearing they are unrequited. Over time, however, she gathers the courage to declare her love repeatedly, often displaying jealousy toward other girls Seiji meets and attempting to compete for his attention. Despite this rivalry, she gradually learns to appreciate the qualities of everyone around her. Her demeanor appears fun and carefree, but this masks a deeper shyness that surfaces as she becomes more comfortable with Seiji. She occasionally regains consciousness in her real body, causing her physical presence to reappear on Seiji’s arm, but she ultimately chooses to return to the comatose state due to feelings of loneliness.
