Summary
Kazuma Ikeda is the son of the woman dating Tsubasa’s father. Alongside minor characters Martin, Joker, Ushio, and Atsuya, he forms the indie-rock band "Yin & Yang." His bleached hair and skull jewelry initially cause Tsubasa to view him with suspicion. Despite his initial wariness, Kazuma has no objections to the marriage because he wants his mother to be happy and is eager for a little sister. He mistakenly assumes Tsubasa is an elementary school student due to her short stature, which triggers a spectacular meltdown from her; in reality, Tsubasa is one month older than Kazuma. His appearance, characterized by bleach hair and skull accessories, often gives people the wrong impression of him. He is voiced by Akira Ishida. Kazuma treasures Tsubasa and his music above all else. He gradually comes to terms with the realization that his feelings for Tsubasa extend beyond brotherly affection and accepts that his passion for music will eventually lead to a separation from her.
