Wiper

Summary

Wiper serves as the leader of the Shandian warriors who are determined to reclaim Upper Yard from Enel. A direct descendant of Calgara, he has inherited his ancestor's violent nature and rough demeanor. Wiper harbors a deep-seated hatred for both the Skypieans, despite Gan Fall's efforts to foster peace during his tenure as "god," and anyone from the seas. During the survival game, he clashed with Monkey D. Luffy, resulting in a stalemate. Although Wiper, Nico Robin, Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Enel, and Gan Fall survived the game, Enel defeated Wiper using his Goro Goro powers after the Shandian refused to join him. Wiper relies on a Burn Bazooka and Reject Dial, a potent Dial weapon that inflicts significant damage on both the target and the user. He utilized this weapon to strike Enel down once more, even after the God of the Sky used his abilities to restart his own heart. In a feat that should have been fatal, Wiper used the Reject Dial a third time to help the Straw Hats topple Giant Jack, allowing Luffy to reach Enel's ship during the climax of the Skypiea Arc. Following Enel's defeat, Wiper witnessed the long-awaited peace between the Shandians and Skypieans. He is skilled in close combat, often employing Skate-type Wavers to enhance his kicks. Currently, Wiper is assisting in the reconstruction of the Shandian village alongside the others.
