JGSDA Commander
Summary
As the commanding officer of the GSDA unit, he assigns three of his men to assist Section 9 with transporting plutonium out of the refugee district in episode 7. At the GSDA checkpoint, Section 9 disguises themselves as refugees and guards a battered SUV and shuttle bus requisitioned by other team members to move the material. The group then leaves the camp, heading out through the beltway and interstate. He reappears in episodes 48-49, leading a five-day mass evacuation to allow the Ground Self Defense Army to safely defuse and remove a tactical nuclear device located in the Kyūshū Telecom Tower. His voice is provided by Stephen Davies in episode 33, and by Dave Mallow in episodes 48 and 49.
