Summary
Tomoe Kashiwaba is a diligent honor student at Jun’s school. Though she possesses a kind heart, she is quiet and tends to speak in a dry, monotone manner, often masking her true emotions. She was originally the medium for Hinaichigo, sharing a sibling-like bond with the doll, but their connection was severed when Hinaichigo grew too dependent on Tomoe’s energy and was subsequently defeated by Shinku. Despite this, Tomoe continues to support Jun by helping him manage his interactions with the Rozen Maidens and assisting him with his schoolwork. In Rozen Maiden träumend, prior to Hinaichigo losing her Rosa Mystica, Tomoe reflects on their cherished memories and expresses her gratitude for their time together. Her close association with Jun leads Shirosaki to mistakenly believe they are dating. Outside of her academic and medium duties, Tomoe is a dedicated practitioner of kendo, having trained under her father since childhood. She remains an active member of her school’s kendo club and is frequently seen carrying her shinai after classes. Additionally, she serves on the school committee, a role she appears to hold with some reluctance.
