Summary
Formerly known as Fuushin, Nowaki once commanded the Lightning Group. He made his anime debut in Naruto Shippuuden Episode #484 and later appeared in the light novel Sasuke Shinden: Book of Sunrise. A highly capable shinobi, Nowaki distinguished himself in the Coliseum, an arena where wealthy collectors pit their ninja against one another. His prowess was significant enough that he could briefly hold his own against Sasuke Uchiha. Nowaki wielded the Typhoon Release, a potent kekkei genkai derived from Wind Release. This ability allowed him to effortlessly summon fierce gales that could mow down opponents or severely restrict their visibility. By exerting additional effort, he could unleash a far more powerful variation of this technique. This amplified form was strong enough to dwarf Sasuke's Complete Body — Susanoo and briefly force the defense into a reactive stance. The storms generated through his kekkei genkai were so severe that they could engulf an entire island.
