Summary
Nanao Ei is the thirty-six-year-old son of a police officer. Following his entry into college, he affiliated himself with the "Green Tower," a faction within the Human Liberation Front that promoted direct action alongside the prominent ultra-leftist "New World Brigade." His radical ideology drew him into armed clashes, resulting in an arrest record. However, upon his release from prison, he concealed his activist background and nonchalantly secured a position as an agent programmer at Serano Genomics. His secret was eventually revealed to the company through a tip, leading to his dismissal a year later.
