Summary
King makes his debut in Episode 305. His backstory begins fifteen years prior when a kingdom fell to a pirate invasion, resulting in the capture of five hundred soldiers as hostages. The pirate captain demanded the title of the new king in exchange for their release, a request the desperate monarch was on the verge of accepting. Just then, a subject informed the king of the arrival of a World Government emissary. To the king's shock, the emissary was revealed to be a thirteen-year-old Rob Lucci. The monarch felt mocked by the Government for sending a child to handle such a crisis. When the king approached Lucci and pleaded for the rescue of his soldiers, the young boy coldly advised him not to question the ways of the World Government. This interaction left the king deeply confused; despite Lucci's apparent youth, the king found himself filled with an overwhelming terror in his presence.
