Summary

Shintarou Midorima is a 16-year-old Shooting Guard who stands 195 cm tall and was born on July 7, a Cancer with blood type B. He currently attends Shuutoku High School, having previously played for Teiko Middle School, where he was a member of the Generation of Miracles. During his time at Teiko, he wore jersey number seven and served as vice-captain under Akashi, but switched to number six upon joining Shuutoku. Midorima is renowned for his Far-Distance Shooter ability, possessing absolute accuracy that allows him to score from anywhere on the court. He is also a capable defender. Known for his reserved, brusque, and seemingly arrogant demeanor, he dislikes fooling around and struggles to be kind to opponents, though Takao argues he is simply tsundere. Midorima is left-handed and meticulously maintains his dominant hand with bandages and shaped nails to ensure perfect shooting form.
