Summary
Kenji Koiso is a seventeen-year-old high schooler with a strong aptitude for mathematics who serves as a moderator in the interactive virtual world OZ alongside his close friend Takashi Sakuma. Despite his technical prowess, he struggles with interpersonal skills. His life takes a dramatic turn when he is invited by his friend Natsuki Shinohara to attend the ninetieth birthday celebration of Sakae Jinnouchi. The situation escalates after he receives a mysterious code on his mobile phone and successfully deciphers it, which inadvertently marks him as the primary suspect for hacking into the OZ system.
