Summary
Formerly serving as Professor Boil's assistant, Darin Arnschent remains a mysterious figure who occupies the shrine's basement to conduct her research in isolation. She frequently pesters Furuya and Rea for details regarding zombification, expressing deep bewilderment and despair over how Rea manages to sustain her condition. Her current apathetic and anti-social demeanor stems from her childhood as the daughter of a researcher, during which she spent considerable time among other zombies. Consequently, she views these creatures as her only necessary companions.
