His appearance is marked by a mustache extending from his nose and a beard, along with a bandana worn across his forehead bearing the characters "班長," which translate to "group leader." He also wears an apron that displays the word "当番" on the back, signifying that he is "on duty." In one notable incident, he mistakenly identified Nami as a cleaning girl after she disguised herself in an apron to deceive the Marines. This character made his debut in Episode 197 and is voiced by Haramaki Kōji in the Japanese version.
