Summary
Tellu, known as Telulu in the English dub, is a member of the Witches 5 who takes her name from the mineral tellurite. In the anime, she holds the third position within the group and is tasked with collecting pure hearts. To achieve this, she opens a flower shop where she distributes beautiful plants called Telluns. These plants eventually extract the pure hearts from their owners, allowing Tellu to harvest them using a magical container. Her scheme is eventually interrupted when Sailor Moon, Chibi Moon, Pluto, and Tuxedo Mask confront her, prompting her to unleash her most destructive creation, Hyper-Tellun. In the manga, Tellu appears as the fourth witch rather than the third. Operating under the alias Lulu Teruno, she is in charge of the Garden within the Physical Division of Infinity Academy, as well as the botanical gardens. She holds a rank of Level 404, and her death attack is identified as Mandragora Buster. Similar to the anime, she employs various artificial plants to steal Hostes but is ultimately foiled by the Sailor Senshi.
