Ousaki, Shinobu
Summary
Shinobu Ousaki is a third-year university student and a graduate of Seiso Academy. He visits the academy three days a week to observe and lead practices for the Orchestra Club. A versatile musician who majors in the violin while also playing the viola, he previously won a competition during his time as a student at Seiso. His motivation for playing is to share the joy of music with others, and he possesses a gentle nature that led him to encourage Kahoko when she doubted her abilities in Episode 12. Currently, he teaches aspiring young violinists and has asked concour participants to assist him. He is voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi and made his anime debut in Episode 3.
