Summary
Takayasu Mozu is a criminal who appears as the spotlight antagonist in episode 6 of the anime series. He was employed at the Fang hair salon, where his daily duties involved cutting and treating clients' hair. However, an intense obsession with hair drove him to become extremely agitated and violent toward anyone he considered unworthy of his services. Mozu would lure unsuspecting women with beautiful, long hair to his apartment under the pretense of giving them a haircut. Once there, he would violently shave off their entire heads and subsequently dispose of the severed hair in the restrooms of a public park.
