Summary
Known globally as the world's most powerful contractor, Jun Aikawa is a formidable figure who will execute any task, legal or otherwise, provided the price is right. She is a virtuoso of deception, possessing mastery over disguise, vocal mimicry, and lock picking, including systems equipped with fingerprint scanners, alongside the ability to read minds. Initially, Ii-chan assumes Aikawa is male, but her true nature is revealed later. Although invited at the start of the narrative to help solve a murder on an island, she does not physically appear until the novel's epilogue, where she provides crucial new insights into the case. She maintains a friendly relationship with I, who is frequently bothered by her presence.
